The black-and-white stories really make this series a quality one--not that Devin Grayson's work isn't bad to start off with. After hearing so much grumbling over Paul Ryan's work, I was pleasantly surprised by his restrained less crosshatching-nightmare version found in #3 and 4. But who is the narrator? Is it Bruce Wayne? I sure hope not.
